Here’s a slightly different type of post for you today. I wanted to make sure anyone who was interested had a chance to read my interview with SpineUniverse (it’s a website about back pain).
I was really flattered when they contacted me last month to ask if I wanted to share my story of SI joint recovery on their site.
To be honest, I’ve been blogging for about five years now, and it’s taken me a while to get over my stage fright. (Back when I first started Sunlight in Winter, I didn’t even have a picture of myself up for a while, much less my first name).
However, I’ve been working on getting over that fear, so I agreed to tell my story on SpineUniverse… and I even let them use my last name!
You might enjoy reading it if you’re interesting in reading about my story, and how I healed my SI joints, in more of a conversational format than the fact-based posts I share on this blog.
It also covers some of the main questions people often ask me about my recovery (in such as chiropractic visits, SI joint injections, and whether I ever considered surgery) all in one place. So even if you’ve already read a lot of the posts on my blog, you still might take away something new from this interview.
Hope you enjoy it!
