Your use of this website does not constitute a coaching relationship with Christy Collins.  By using this site, you agree that the information here is general in nature, and may not be right for your specific situation.  It is your responsibility to consult a licensed medical professional prior to making any changes to your healthcare routine.

You agree that you will only use this site for lawful purposes and will interact with other users, as well as the site owner, in a respectful manner.  These same terms of conduct apply across all of Christy Collins and SI Joint Saga social media platforms, as well. 

I reserve the right to revoke your authorization at any time, for any reason. 

Inappropriate, rude, and/or off-topic comments may be removed, and the commenter banned.

At times I do share media from others under a Creative Commons license. 

In these cases, I make every effort to attribute your work appropriately, in the manner you have stipulated.  However, it is possible that over time and multiple website edits, the wording of your attribution may be inadvertently altered. 

To correct an attribution or request your media be removed, please contact christycollinshealth@gmail.com and I will implement your requested changes immediately. Thank you for making your work available for others’ use.

Site linking and quoting

Refunds

I require 24 hours advance notice in order to issue refunds for health coaching sessions.  Any refunds issued within 24 hours of the start time will be at my sole discretion, but are not guaranteed. 

I do not offer refunds on health coaching sessions once given.  

If you have any questions or concerns about coaching or payment schedule, I encourage open and honest communication, so that we can come to a mutually agreeable resolution. Please email christycollinshealth@gmail.com 

Governing Law

Christy Collins is based in Massachusetts, United States.  By using this site, you agree that all business conducted on this site is subject to and will be regulated by Massachusetts law. 

It is my sincere hope that any potential disagreements can be resolved amicably.  

However, by using this site you agree to submit to a binding mediation clause.  This means that we both agree to settle any differences with a professional mediator, located within Massachusetts, United States.  We will select the mediator jointly and split the cost, although the prevailing party may request to be reimbursed as part of the settlement agreement. 

A good faith attempt at mediation must be made prior to filing within the Massachusetts court system. 

By using this site, you agree that any potential damages will be limited to the cost paid for coaching.  

Severability

In the event that any one of these provisions shall be found unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain in full effect. 

I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and you will be subject to any and all future changes.  Any future updates will be posted here.
