An accidental pocket post… thought I’d give you some updates!

So I was out and about getting ready for my Friday night, when I looked down and saw I published a post full of random emoticons by accident.  SO embarrassing.

Let me just say that the WordPress app makes it WAY too easy to accidentally publish from your phone.

Since I can’t unsend this to my email list, and I’ve probably already grabbed your attention, I thought I could at least try to make it worth your while to stop by.

So, here are a few odds and ends that have been on my mind for the blog:

I bought a pelvis:

I have heard your requests for visual aids, and I am absolutely working on it! It’s just taking me time to figure out what I want to say, and whether I have enough courage to start using Youtube!

I have a bunch of other topics I’ve been meaning to address as well, such as the topic of exercise and the SI joint, and how pain is okay to push through (not much, in my opinion).

I’ve also got a few posts planned about topics such as SI joint braces and taping techniques.

And lastly, I’ve been thinking of also writing a series of posts about some of my worst moments, to give you some hope about what it’s possible to recover from.

And just because I like these photos, here’s where I was out walking right before I “published” this post.

So there you are! Happy Friday!

  1. Hooray for the pelvis model! ☺If you are interested in video making I’d love to see a video with the pelvis model, or any bone model really. I’ve had these explanations at the physical therapist before but it would be nice to be able to refer to them when I have new questions about how the bones are moving.

    1. Totally! I’m still trying to figure out what to say… and also trying to overcome my stage fright… so it really helps to know people are looking forward to these videos! Thanks for your comment 🙂
