Hi, I’m Christy!

I first injured my SI joints in 2011, and it was the beginning of a very long journey for me.

I went from one medical professional to another. Although I met some really awesome people along the way, there was no one person who could completely solve the problem for me.

Instead, I pieced together various strategies and techniques that I learned in different places.

Each one added up, and let me get to the next level in my recovery. Ultimately, I was able to stabilize my pelvis and start living a normal life.

Now I’m sharing what I learned, so you can get to this point even quicker than I did!
