Over the course of my research, I’ve come across a lot of information regarding SI joint surgery.

I was lucky enough to be able to recover without surgery, however it appears that surgical interventions have been really helpful, even life-changing, for many people.  At the same time, I’ve heard stories of patients who were not helped by surgery, and have even come to regret it.

So I’ll be doing my best to share what I’ve learned about the pros and cons of surgery in this space.
