As a follow-up to my last post, I just stumbled upon this interesting blog post: http://feruzimwero.com/blog/2010/12/physical-therapy-reveals-my-rotated-sacrum/
It’s from a patient who went through physical therapy to correct a rotated sacrum.
Reading this post, I was a little bit skeptical about whether or not stretching alone would able to fix this problem.
However, judging by Feruzi’s follow-up post, it does appear that he was able to fix the issue. I guess stretching worked for him.
With that being said, I wouldn’t necessarily assume stretching alone would work for most people, but this is an encouraging story regardless.
**He also reminded me that another scientific term to describe rotation of the sacrum is “sacral torsion,” so that was useful as well.**
